Mike Lawlor the show is on.

A quick check of Liverpool Crown court for Monday 2/9/2013 reveals Court 31 will play host to Mike Lawlor, first business will be to sort out some other matters then possibly first thing in the afternoon the mysterious case of Inspector Mark Lawlor. The only information currently available because of reporting restrictions is that Lawlor is charged with a breach of the Data Protection Act, which is a non arrestable offence that on its own can only be heard in a magistrates court, yet he was arrested and he is at the crown court. Hope fully more details will be released.

He was arrested along with several other people, one was released without charge, whilst two people in their 30s, one from St Helen's where bailed, but it appears he is in court on his own.

It seems that Damian Walshes replacement as the most dishonest and corrupt cop is T/DCI Lawrence Forrest, should you complaint be handed to him, I'd complain in fact I'd make sure that when you complain you specify that this little creep is specified as not fit to handle the complaint. The response I have here, does not mention the complaint at all but instead makes references to people not in the complaint and allegations not made and then concluded they are "fanciful" given the chance to withdraw this as a mistake Forrest will not even entertain the idea.
So once again Merseyside Police show how dedicated it is to stopping officers abusing their positions or just generally idiotic by placing in charge of PSD a bullying thug who will go to any length to protect his colleagues, from any just criticism. Looks like Jon Murphy is continuing in the direction he usually does brushing corruption and dishonesty under the rug. Lets see how Jane Kennedy reacts.
I have a feeling the Lawrence Forrest will be appearing in this blog again soon.
Though if this is the same Forrest while he is completely happy with with lying, dishonest which affect peoples lives not even a minor intrusion into his life is acceptable.

The trial has been delayed yet again, this time because one of a Barristers diary clash, they are stuck in Preston at the Dale Creegan trial, according to the Echo, the trial is now scheduled for the 2nd September 2013.
Some details of the charge were revealed as "knowingly or recklessly obtaining personal data" presumable in contravention of section 55 of the Data Protection act. However "There are no custodial sentences in respect of DPA offences and no powers of arrest; all offences are punishable only by a fine" but Lawlor and several other people were arrested.

His address cannot be reported, and I don't know it, but there may be more reporting restrictions in place.

New dates have been announced for Mike Lawlor's appearance at Liverpool Crown Court thought to quote the Echo's correspondent, "April 29th though it's anyone's guess if it will slip again".

The information that the NWDA were offering to withhold was a video under the Data Protection Act, the very video that shows the Blog regular Paul Johnson of MPA was not very accurate in his witness statement. Here is a challenge for Paul Johnson Chief executive of Merseyside Police Authority. Produce the statement you made to the police about me in 2006 or resign.

You know that I now have the video of the events which contradict you statement. When you withheld the Video that was requested under DPA you knew you where that what you where withholding was evidence that you statement was wrong. You sought to frustrate the court by your actions, which is a criminal offence, the statement that you gave you knew to be false before the hearing but you did not withdraw it. You have sought to pervert the course of justice and should resign.

People standing for the PCC will you fire him if he fails to provide the statement or the statement is flatly contradicted by the video.

Something Brian Ashton Doesn't know.

 

It would take far more time than I have here, to explain what Brain Ashton doesn't know, it would take a slightly smaller amount of time to explain what Brain doesn't know, that the your average moron knows.

Now at the time of my last encounter Brian was heard too mouth off to the police. Now he denies saying it, but not very convincingly because he also claims they didn't write it down.

What he doesn't know is that later that same week, one of those very same officers spoke to me on Parker street and asked about Brian's claims that I "wanted to change everything" and "no one knows where he came from", his colleague also added some info as well, which I will not go in to, save to say I, later that day sent proof of who I am to Murkyside Police, together with the names of 3 serving Police, I was at school with.

It seems that Brian is willing to make up more claims about what the cops said, seems to not have realised that everything can be heard from inside a car, they aren't sound proof.

Can whoever normally keeps Brian up to date with this blog pass on the info.

It seems once Geoff Howe found out his address was on public display down at the Library he got all nervous. What sort of a public servant is Geoff? or is he in fact an old style paternalistic Tory dressed up as a Lib Dem? It's strange that he is a Liberal Democrat as he doesn't seem very Liberal at all. Just looking at that picture tells you 2 things firstly that Johnson is hardly self aware anyone who was would realise that the picture makes him look a grade a dick and B that MPA got one of Merseyside Polices photographers, who is more use to photographing corpses to take the picture.

Well a quick scan of the Crown Court Lists for Liverpool shows that there is no Mike Lawlor in the list for the 15 October? So has it been rescheduled?
A later check shows he is not appearing on 16 or 17 either, will the fans get their money back?

It appears that Jane Lake nee Brownlee actually comes from my home town. Not just that but she left her secondary school at the same time as I left mine. I can't say I remember her, but it is interesting to know that one of the people motivated to commit perjury actually used to live down the road. It seems that Jane lake has found a new position this time working for the Charity Commission. I wonder if she is used in the charity commission to pass on the lies of her colleagues, like she was at Brabner Chaffe and Street.

A few days later close to where they had recently met the Fixer and Mia crossed paths on the street, the fixer said hello but Mia looked straight ahead and continued on here way with not so much as a glance and this continued for many ever after. It looks like now not only the art fascists but also Mia knew "all about" the fixer. Conclusive evidence not grounds for reinvestigation
In February of last year Merseyside Police arrested someone and ceased some of his property for the investigation. When the detained person noticed that the manifest did not agree with the objects seized. Several where missing. So he complained about this. The rather corrupt, and likely criminal Inspector Damien Walsh dismisses the complaint, so it was appealed to the IPCC, who agreed with Inspector Walsh and dismissed the complaint.
In the following few months bits of equipment where returned and eventually only one bit was missing, in fact several bits had been returned that where not on the manifest. In an attempt to get the one bit that was missing back and was told that despite the fact that equipment was returned that wasn't on the manifest this could be the subject of a complaint about the bad manifest because that complaint had already been investigated.

The mooting of the idea that Private companies could take on some of the work of the Police has sent the Police excuse Bloging machine into overdrive.
There are several interesting aspects to this.
1. The police, or at least the bloggers, see everyone who have a problem with them as being hard core left wing, who are fighting a class war.
2. The police don't seem to think that anyone could actually be critical of them and not have imagined anything worse, where as to be honest everyone know the police could be a lot lot worse.
What most of the critics of the police want is a better Police force than we currently have, one that is properly held accountable for it's actions and where the same law applies to us all, no more special treatment, no more turning blind eyes, to the miss behaviour of other officers. Proper supervision by an independent 3rd part rather than cosy in house investigations by PSD.
This reaction shows how self absorbed the police are or how political the entire force is.

It appears that Councillor Bill Overweightnan hasn't had enough at the trough as head of Merseyside Police authority he is intending to stand for election of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Bill has a somewhat dodge record when it comes to his tenure at MPA first there is the dishonesty in statements to the court. Which could either be the result of stupidity or perjury. Then there is the failure to release documents under FOI act, which would have shown those statements to be inaccurate and the ICO judgement in that case.
I can only assume that he fancies the extra cash this position will give him, though it will afford him the opportunity to cover up his previous actions. Who knows some new candidate may be tempted to go looking through some of the dodgy behaviour under his management.
We should also remember his decision to sell the main Bridewell, after it had stood empty and unused for many years while the price of properties in the area boomed and to sell it at the first crash?

Must correct my self earlier it wasn't Inspector Harrison that I saw waiting outside the Mags sometime ago. Just after he had overheard the security guards saying something. It was the St Annes street inspector who was there last October when I went along to get my property back.

Well, a quick read of the latest story on Solicitors from Hell is quite interesting as it mentions one of this Blogs regular characters Inspector Damien Walsh.
The Para involving Damien is 
"A week later (while passing further evidence into a Local Government Office) I received a further threat by phone from Inspector Walsh of Merseyside Police Professional Standards Department telling me “You heard what the Judge said, so you'll be putting those complaint's to bed now, won't you? As I don't ****  around like the others”".
Damien is quite happy to make threats, now however he is no longer a part of Merseyside Police.

Well the 10th Jan has come and gone with no news of the future schedule of DCI Mike Lawlor, no news of upcoming dates in either the Mags or Crown court. So despite enquiries of the press and other places nothing has been heard. Does this mean that all future performances have been cancelled or is it just that I was to lazy to leg it down to  the court myself on 10th Jan and it was to boring for anyone else to go either?

Merseyside top light entertainer and DCI has add a new date to his current tour. Mike Lawlor has been rebooked for the 10th January 2012 at Liverpool Magistrates Court on Dale Street. Though details are unclear this is likely to be a 1 time only performance of his committal to the Crown court. There are no tickets, seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Doors open at 9.30 for a start as early as 9.45. For further details see the Echo.

After several months on bail DCI Mike Lawlor has been charged and allegedly appeared before Liverpool Mags today, charged with 6 counts of "unauthorised accessing of personal data controlled by police". No info on who's data, why or the fate of 3 others on bail accused of aiding and abetting. Yet again no comments allowed on the Echo web site.

Interesting conversation today with Persey Mig. Phoned up and asked to speak to Damien Walsh and was told "there is no officer of that name". So the big question is did he jump or was he pushed? He must have been getting near retirement age. I'll ask Persey for an explanation but I doubt I'll get one.

It turns out that Andy Williams dishonesty has been rewarded by a promotion from just vacillating at a low level in LHT he now vacillates at a much higher level. It seems that there is no limit to the levels you can get to in LHT by helping pervert the course of justice.
Seems that here he is concerned about others criminality but not his own.

The London based IPCC has set it's Northern Office in Manchester the complex task of investigating a copper trying to set some one up for breaching an order. How very very unusual.

Not content with loosing the constituency for Labour in the General election, Chris Lloyd has now set his sights a little lower and is going for defeat in the Welsh Assembly. It will be interesting to see how much rubbish he manages to talk on the way to loosing his deposit.

In those statements he admitted that for a period of several years he had summarily deleted emails from a constituent to his boss Louise Ellman. That he had on recognising the constituents voice on the phone hung up.
Rob Carney also claimed that he was upset that the constituent had Googled his name and as a result found out that he had a Facebook account with the security setting set to Public. He was so upset by this that he did the same to the constituent he found some illustrations entered in a competition for a £500 prize, that the constituent had entered. He concluded that the picture of a dictator penguin, a close relative of the King and Emperor penguin, represented a self portrait of the constituent.

A similarly bizarre set of allegation where made by Chris Lloyd Ellmans Westminster office help. In these Lloyd, the former Labour Candidate for Brecon and Radnorshire expresses surprise that anyone should have read his election material, put out for the 2010 general election, much less actually used the contact information to contact him.

Over 2 months after the arrest of 5 people including DCI Mike Lawlor from Merseyside Police "intelligence" bureau. We are no closer to finding out what has been happening with what according to the Echo are some of Merseyside Police "most closely guarded secrets".

Bernard "Hulk" "Ho Ho" Hogan Howe is looking to move his street theatre staging of "The Matrix" to the west end after a 12 year long run in Liverpool. "The Matrix" is a public participatory performance, in which unwitting members of the public are jumped on in the street and in their homes. Then various items of their personal belongings are photographed and later appear on EBay. In recent years Jon Murphy has taken over the running of the Merseyside production and some of the companies highest profile members such as Charlie Tennant and 5 others have left the production.

Like current Merseyside chief constable, Jon Murphy, Price hold a post graduate qualification from that other notorious den of thieves and spies Cambridge University. Damien Walsh has a CSE in woodwork.

During his time at Merseyside Police I wonder if he knew Damien Walsh? The set of crimes that Price has been accused of would fit well with what I think Damien Walsh has been up to for years. Perhaps some should check him out for "misconduct in a public office, fraud by abuse of position and corrupt practice", I believe he is guilty as hell.

Well no sign of Damien's court action yet, so just another sign that he is a cretinous bully, who should never have been allowed to be in charge of anything.
Is it perhaps some form of mental illness or personality disorder. My talks with him would lead me to believe that it is perfectly possible in fact quite likely that Walsh is in some way impaired. I doubt however that Merseyside Police is sufficiently alert to the damage someone like Walsh can do if left untreated.

It's 1981 and Cuntstable Beatty is having a moan.
The 6th form Disco Christmas disco at Ormonde Drive was going well. One of the years uber geeks had spent the afternoon setting up the disco gear and the retired to stand against the wall all evening. As the festivities come to end the lights go up and the uber geek returns to his beloved hardware and sees to all the delicate bits and then thinks, "My work here is done and I'm off" and makes for the exit. On the way out a small little voice comes from way below his left elbow and say's, "If everyone did the work we could all go home", the geek looks down and notices something which isn't a teacher, so he enquires "and just who the fuck are you", of what turns out to be Cunstable Beatty, spouse of the biology teacher.
Early the next week the geek is informed that the teachers will be borrowing the disco gear for their own Christmas bash and the Mrs Beatty's brother in law will be DJing. However after Christmas not all of the equipment has been returned one of the hand crafted light systems is missing, but Beatty swears it was brought back? Then all sort of rumours about the geek start spreading.
Roll forward to 2005 and the geek and Beatty's paths cross again and Beatty's inability with the truth and insecurity rears it's ugly head.

Court staff Caught.
In legal terms privileged communications are those which the Police have no right to intercept such as this between a client and a solicitor. However the police at least in Merseyside have several methods of intercepting. One source of privileged information that the Police use is conversations held between prisoners and solicitors in the cells of Liverpool Magistrates Court that the security guards deliberately attempt to overhear. This information is fed straight to the Merseyside Police intelligence unit. This is in all likelihood supplemented by staff upstairs, who add details of communications between clients and the courts as well as providing information such as the time the individuals are due to appear.
Mind you the staff upstairs are not much better and will quite happily pass out information they get about people in the neighbourhood to their friends and of course they'll be quite happy to pass rumours back to the court, as well as bringing in recordings they have acquired etc.

Setting the PACE

I'd read these as saying that in a large number of cases a phone call requesting someone come in for an interview would be what PACE required.

If they are prepared to issue police bail to an individual they should be prepared to try this first. Then release them with a suitable explanation of what would constitute attempts to pervert the course of justice. If charges are to be brought then they can be sent in the post. It would be a lot cheaper. Then what they do now. Normally the police would rather bully but given the strict financial times.

It would seem that even when they want evidence. Going around to the persons house explaining the situation and asking if they can take certain items and have the person come to the station later would be the way to go about it. If the person refuses then they can be arrested then and there.

Human Rights Act 1998.  Powers of entry, search and seizure should be fully and 

clearly justified before use because they may significantly interfere with the occupier’s

I noticed that the woman mentioned in this story on the Beeb was sitting opposite me in Liverpool Library, so I commented on this in my Facebook status. A few minutes later she looked panicked, looked at me and got up and left. So is it LCC monitoring my PC use or is it Persey Mig watching my Facebook account?

Undercover or Slacking.
One of the most ardent readers of this Blog has been with coming from within the IP range of an organisation that ceased existing in 1990. Though today I managed to drag out from the recesses of my mind the concept of a port scan and low and behold it's actually Persey Mig.

Jones the Brief
Possibly the worst barrister in the world, IMHO. I have decided to name the worst Barrister in my experience and that is Mr Mike Jones of 7 Harrington Street Chambers in Liverpool. Mike should have opted not to defend me as he clearly stated at one point that he believed one of the allegations that I denied. In the end he suggested I should accept the ASBO as they would get it anyway, but he would water down some of the requests.
In the end he did not manage to gain a single concession, so I withdraw my consent, only to have the DDJ say that he didn't care and had already made his decision.
I'm not sure who he was working for that day but it's wasn't me, perhaps it was Brabner Chaffee and Streets.

I mentioned when I last spoke to you that you should refrain from making
insulting, spurious and malicious comments about me on e mails, in letters

See you in court.

I have asked many time not to have anything to do with you, in the past you have had my phone calls redirected to you.


Remember you informed me in my flat "Get you window fixed and move out or I'll take you computer away", that was your threat, whilst on duty and doing you job. You jumped on a bandwagon, why I should pay the price of you joining in harassing me is beyond me. You are a thug, a scally and a coward with zero integrity. In you is manifest everything that has dragged Liverpool into the gutter.

You brought this on you self by your actions and inactions.

World Wide Walsh
I had the misfortune to get through to Damien Walsh last week only to be regaled by his normal collection of veiled threats and inaccurate information, I'd called him at the recommendation of Merseyside PSD, to track down some complaints of mine, some over 18months old. I did pass the time and date on to Merseyside police PSD and another inspector so they can have a listen if they want. Just in case anyone at Merseyside Police fancies a listen it was Monday 6/6/2011 at 12:46.
Walsh still doesn't understand that Brabners have admitted I didn't send emails to their staff, they have admitted this in a statement to the court, so perhaps Walsh believes they committed perjury then. One has to wonder why he can't cope with the fact that 1990 was either lied to or made a mistake. If perhaps 1990 Damien's love child or perhaps toy boy? or perhaps Damien's got something against me, but as he won't say what it is and no court has agreed with him perhaps he shouldn't be using public funds to support his bigotry.
He also claims this is a "fake web site", and threatens to sue me, apparently I can expect he lawyers to be calling around any time. Except of course they are going to take one look at realise he doesn't have a leg to stand on. Though I bet Walsh will by trying to spend Police Federation money not his own. It goes against the grain for Walsh not to misuse resources for his own personal ends. His entire career in the police force seems to be as a crutch for his ego.
One can only rejoice at the fact that at 57, this Wirral boy, he can't have much time left to go until retirement.
