Brabners, the SRA & Liz and Vicky.

Recently evidence of the behaviour of Brabners Solicitors of Liverpool came into my hands. Showing that they agreed with the police not to take a prosecution forward after their staff had made allegations to the police. The evidence was in the form of a statement made by a Merseyside Police Constable.
The allegations made by "Liz & Vicky" are vehemently denied by the accused, who was happy to go to court to defend their integrity, and who ensured everyone was aware of this. Brabners staff backed out but still instituted; the allegations were true.
Several other strange allegations by Brabners staff, were withdrawn when it came to light, though with only the thinnest of covering the story.
When the complaint was taken to the SRA, it was ignored by Sally Atherton, who does not see police statements as evidence, seems ignorant of the basic principles of law, and is incapable of basic reasoning.
Like most UK professions, they have no external supervision with any teeth. They are there for show. They do not protect the public from the predatory actions of abusive organisations but act only when the behaviour of a set of solicitors threatens the trust people have in solicitors and their money-making potential. If you have evidence of underhand behaviour by a solicitor that needs the SRAs help , then they will not help.
All the people involved in this, from Liz & Vicky, Mark Manley, Sharon McCarthy, Sally Atherton and others, have demonstrated snide arrogance, regardless of wether they are low-ranking trainee solicitors or high-ranking part-time judges.




 

 

Back in the Deyes.

It appears that Jane Lake nee Brownlee actually comes from my home town. Not just that but she left her secondary school at the same time as I left mine. I can't say I remember her, but it is interesting to know that one of the people motivated to commit perjury actually used to live down the road. Still doesn't seem to be reachable via any of the meet the team button on Brabners web site.

Return of the Lake

It seems that Jane lake has found a new position this time working for the Charity Commission. I wonder if she is used in the charity commission to pass on the lies of her colleagues, like she was at Brabner Chaffe and Street.
In her resume Here. Jane says:
"The decision I made to move into the public sector after nearly 20 years as a solicitor in private practice, the last 12 as a partner, was a difficult but one which I am very pleased to have made".
This was decision must have been made easier by the fact that you were made redundant from Brabner's, after you had done their dirty work. Perhaps it was a guilt driven move after you helped organisations like LHT harass their tenants, or perhaps you were helping 1990 Hicklin, either way you passed on a lot of lies, which BTW is libel, regardless of whether you knew or not. If you did know then you  committed perjury in 2006, but I bet you think you are very good at burying the truth but I wonder what Liz and Vicky have to say today? Perhaps they will forget to lie this time and the statements you handed in will not be true.

Jones the Brief
Possibly the worst barrister in the world, IMHO. I have decided to name the worst Barrister in my experience and that is Mr Mike Jones of 7 Harrington Street Chambers in Liverpool. Mike should have opted not to defend me as he clearly stated at one point that he believed one of the allegations that I denied. In the end he suggested I should accept the ASBO as they would get it anyway, but he would water down some of the requests.
In the end he did not manage to gain a single concession, so I withdraw my consent, only to have the DDJ say that he didn't care and had already made his decision.
I'm not sure who he was working for that day but it's wasn't me, perhaps it was Brabner Chaffee and Streets.

Evil Empire Expands.

One of the historic truths about empires is that when they stop growing they die. So it is with Brabners as it takes over an other more reputable company. Strange that this company works in the Registered Social Landlord sector, but back at Brabners Jane Lake seems to have disappeared from the "Meet the Team" section.
