Just to warn you about Mr Broomhead in his previous post at NWDA when his staff offered to "withholds evidence if it helps to prosecute" he was quite happy with this despite its quiet obvious illegal nature. I have both a copy of the offer made by NWDA staff and Mr Broomheads reaction to it, in my opinion he is a man of very low if non existent integrity. Who happily condones criminal acts the suit his purpose.
Mr Broomhead is likely to deny this of course, however I am not hiding behind anonymity, my address and name are below. If Mr Broomhead denies the allegations then I suggest he sues if he doesn't sue I suggest that you should accept these allegations are true."

The information that the NWDA were offering to withhold was a video under the Data Protection Act, the very video that shows the Blog regular Paul Johnson of MPA was not very accurate in his witness statement. What a surprise apparatchiks scratching each other back. While researching this post I came across some interesting mentions of Broomhead such as "Broomhead retires before Quango expires",
which claims Steve has retired not true here are some of his current posts.

I sent the email bellow about Paul Johnson and guess what I still have not received a reply. I would have though that this was tantamount to an admission of guilt by Johnson.

Here is a challenge for Paul Johnson Chief executive of Merseyside Police Authority. Produce the statement you made to the police about me in 2006 or resign.

You know that I now have the video of the events which contradict you statement. When you withheld the Video that was requested under DPA you knew you where that what you where withholding was evidence that you statement was wrong. You sought to frustrate the court by your actions, which is a criminal offence, the statement that you gave you knew to be false before the hearing but you did not withdraw it. You have sought to pervert the course of justice and should resign.

People standing for the PCC will you fire him if he fails to provide the statement or the statement is flatly contradicted by the video.

Something Brian Ashton Doesn't know.

 

It would take far more time than I have here, to explain what Brain Ashton doesn't know, it would take a slightly smaller amount of time to explain what Brain doesn't know, that the your average moron knows.

Now at the time of my last encounter Brian was heard too mouth off to the police. Now he denies saying it, but not very convincingly because he also claims they didn't write it down.

What he doesn't know is that later that same week, one of those very same officers spoke to me on Parker street and asked about Brian's claims that I "wanted to change everything" and "no one knows where he came from", his colleague also added some info as well, which I will not go in to, save to say I, later that day sent proof of who I am to Murkyside Police, together with the names of 3 serving Police, I was at school with.

It seems that Brian is willing to make up more claims about what the cops said, seems to not have realised that everything can be heard from inside a car, they aren't sound proof.

Can whoever normally keeps Brian up to date with this blog pass on the info.

Geoff Goes Underground

It seems once Geoff Howe found out his address was on public display down at the Library he got all nervous. What sort of a public servant is Geoff? or is he in fact an old style paternalistic Tory dressed up as a Lib Dem? He doesn't seem to be very keen to have any connection with the public so he must just know what is good for them. Anyway in aid of democracy here it is or you can look here.

Back in the day when I was student the derogatory description of the Trots in the student Union was red fascists to differentiate them from the fascists wearing black. Though what with the way Liverpool City Council is run and the emergence of the Röhm like Geoff Howe in Sefton, it looks like the Gold have arrived.

Geoff Howe of Sefton Council and Merseyside Police Authority thinks it threatening if anyone knows his address, why then does he have it published on the list of councillors names and addresses in Maghull Library could it be he is to thick to remember this or is it that he is duplicitous, two faced, manipulative, dishonest and conniving.
It's strange that he is a Liberal Democrat as he doesn't seem very Liberal at all. Rather then being on MPA to control the police he's on there to help them do the job that they want to do rather than make sure they do the job the law gives them or the population want them to do, so not much of a democrat either.

When requested to withhold DPA documents such as videos required in a civil case, Johnson will oblige or perhaps it is because that video would show that his own statement on the matter covered was grossly in accurate.
Just looking at that picture tells you 2 things firstly that Johnson is hardly self aware anyone who was would realise that the picture makes him look a grade a dick and B that MPA got one of Merseyside Polices photographers, who is more use to photographing corpses to take the picture.

The Lawlor must be seen

Well a quick scan of the Crown Court Lists for Liverpool shows that there is no Mike Lawlor in the list for the 15 October? So has it been rescheduled?
A later check shows he is not appearing on 16 or 17 either, will the fans get their money back?

Well after screwing over many many people and committing perjury David Bebb has retired to spend more of his ill-gotten cash. This is what his Facebook page says.

DCI Mike Lawlor's comeback tour.

Lest we forget DCI Mike Lawlor was granted unconditional bail ahead of his trial which is due to take place on October 15, 2012 at Liverpool Crown Court and wouldn't you know I'm already booked for that day.

Back in the Deyes.

It appears that Jane Lake nee Brownlee actually comes from my home town. Not just that but she left her secondary school at the same time as I left mine. I can't say I remember her, but it is interesting to know that one of the people motivated to commit perjury actually used to live down the road. Still doesn't seem to be reachable via any of the meet the team button on Brabners web site.

It seems that Jane lake has found a new position this time working for the Charity Commission. I wonder if she is used in the charity commission to pass on the lies of her colleagues, like she was at Brabner Chaffe and Street.
In her resume Here. Jane says:
"The decision I made to move into the public sector after nearly 20 years as a solicitor in private practice, the last 12 as a partner, was a difficult but one which I am very pleased to have made".
This was decision must have been made easier by the fact that you were made redundant from Brabner's, after you had done their dirty work. Perhaps it was a guilt driven move after you helped organisations like LHT harass their tenants, or perhaps you were helping 1990 Hicklin, either way you passed on a lot of lies, which BTW is libel, regardless of whether you knew or not. If you did know then you  committed perjury in 2006, but I bet you think you are very good at burying the truth but I wonder what Liz and Vicky have to say today? Perhaps they will forget to lie this time and the statements you handed in will not be true.

Mia culpa

Obviously trying to go for the decent intelligent look on the right is Mia Tagg and getting remarkable close despite the vast gulf between her and a decent intelligent person.
Mia is one of Liverpool's growing collection of free non thinkers. That potter around using the cover of artists.
Someone was asked to do Mia a favour and fix her computer, which they did, for nothing and thought nothing of it, then one day some years latter Mia bumped into this person in a pub, and they struck up a friendly conversation. Standing nearby was one of the local art fascist women, who when Mia introduced the fixer to her, snarled "we know all about you", any after exchanging further pleasantries Mia and the fix went their separate ways.
A few days later close to where they had recently met the Fixer and Mia crossed paths on the street, the fixer said hello but Mia looked straight ahead and continued on here way with not so much as a glance and this continued for many ever after. It looks like now not only the art fascists but also Mia knew "all about" the fixer. Well of course she didn't she new sweet FA about the fixer she just knew what her fellow pseudo intellectuals knew. Which basically came to do "me mate said", she should get to know Mike Keating.

Conclusive evidence not grounds for reinvestigation
In February of last year Merseyside Police arrested someone and ceased some of his property for the investigation. When the detained person noticed that the manifest did not agree with the objects seized. Several where missing. So he complained about this. The rather corrupt, and likely criminal Inspector Damien Walsh dismisses the complaint, so it was appealed to the IPCC, who agreed with Inspector Walsh and dismissed the complaint.
In the following few months bits of equipment where returned and eventually only one bit was missing, in fact several bits had been returned that where not on the manifest. In an attempt to get the one bit that was missing back and was told that despite the fact that equipment was returned that wasn't on the manifest this could be the subject of a complaint about the bad manifest because that complaint had already been investigated.

The mooting of the idea that Private companies could take on some of the work of the Police has sent the Police excuse Bloging machine into overdrive.
There are several interesting aspects to this.
1. The police, or at least the bloggers, see everyone who have a problem with them as being hard core left wing, who are fighting a class war.
2. The police don't seem to think that anyone could actually be critical of them and not have imagined anything worse, where as to be honest everyone know the police could be a lot lot worse.
What most of the critics of the police want is a better Police force than we currently have, one that is properly held accountable for it's actions and where the same law applies to us all, no more special treatment, no more turning blind eyes, to the miss behaviour of other officers. Proper supervision by an independent 3rd part rather than cosy in house investigations by PSD.
This reaction shows how self absorbed the police are or how political the entire force is.

All hands to the Trough

It appears that Councillor Bill Overweightnan hasn't had enough at the trough as head of Merseyside Police authority he is intending to stand for election of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Bill has a somewhat dodge record when it comes to his tenure at MPA first there is the dishonesty in statements to the court. Which could either be the result of stupidity or perjury. Then there is the failure to release documents under FOI act, which would have shown those statements to be inaccurate and the ICO judgement in that case.
I can only assume that he fancies the extra cash this position will give him, though it will afford him the opportunity to cover up his previous actions. Who knows some new candidate may be tempted to go looking through some of the dodgy behaviour under his management.
We should also remember his decision to sell the main Bridewell, after it had stood empty and unused for many years while the price of properties in the area boomed and to sell it at the first crash?

Must correct my self earlier it wasn't Inspector Harrison that I saw waiting outside the Mags sometime ago. Just after he had overheard the security guards saying something. It was the St Annes street inspector who was there last October when I went along to get my property back.

A lovely little story in today's Echo regarding the arrest off DS Greg Symon, 39, DC Christopher Sheron and DC Mark Scarratt, 43 together with 5 others for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, regarding a pub brawl some of them where in at a Derby match in January 2012.

A story from Hell
Well, a quick read of the latest story on Solicitors from Hell is quite interesting as it mentions one of this Blogs regular characters Inspector Damien Walsh.
The Para involving Damien is 
"A week later (while passing further evidence into a Local Government Office) I received a further threat by phone from Inspector Walsh of Merseyside Police Professional Standards Department telling me “You heard what the Judge said, so you'll be putting those complaint's to bed now, won't you? As I don't ****  around like the others”".
Damien is quite happy to make threats, now however he is no longer a part of Merseyside Police.

The show might go on.
Well the 10th Jan has come and gone with no news of the future schedule of DCI Mike Lawlor, no news of upcoming dates in either the Mags or Crown court. So despite enquiries of the press and other places nothing has been heard. Does this mean that all future performances have been cancelled or is it just that I was to lazy to leg it down to  the court myself on 10th Jan and it was to boring for anyone else to go either?
