Well after screwing over many many people and committing perjury David Bebb has retired to spend more of his ill-gotten cash. This is what his Facebook page says.
"Retired from LHT (Vicinity) in 2007 to spend more time sailing, skiing, travelling and with my grandkids.bought a boat - 40ft Beneteau- with Pete Growcoot, long ago colleague at LHT and we sailed it from Liverpool eventually to Turkey where it's currently at".
Nice to know what the wages of sin are but only if you are really really bad.

DCI Mike Lawlor's comeback tour.

Lest we forget DCI Mike Lawlor was granted unconditional bail ahead of his trial which is due to take place on October 15, 2012 at Liverpool Crown Court and wouldn't you know I'm already booked for that day.

Back in the Deyes.

It appears that Jane Lake, nee Brownlee actually comes from my home town. Not just that, but she left her secondary school at the same time as I left mine. I can't say I remember her, but it is interesting to know that one of the people motivated to commit perjury actually used to live down the road. Still doesn't seem to be reachable via any of the meet the team buttons on Brabners web website.

Return of the Lake

It seems that Jane Lake has found a new position this time, working for the Charity Commission. I wonder if she is used in the charity commission to pass on the lies of her colleagues, like she was at Brabner Chaffe and Street.
In her resume, here. Jane says:
"The decision I made to move into the public sector after nearly 20 years as a solicitor in private practice, the last 12 as a partner, was a difficult but one which I am very pleased to have made".
This decision must have been made easier by the fact that you were made redundant from Brabner's, after you had done their dirty work. Perhaps it was a guilt-driven move after you helped organisations like LHT harass their tenants, or perhaps you were helping 1990 Hicklin; either way, you passed on a lot of lies, which, by the way, is libel, regardless of whether you knew or not. If you did know, then you committed perjury in 2006, but I bet you think you are very good at burying the truth, but I wonder what Liz and Vicky have to say today? Perhaps they will forget to lie this time, and the statements you handed in will not be true.

Mia culpa

Obviously trying to go for the decent intelligent look on the right is Mia Tagg and getting remarkable close despite the vast gulf between her and a decent intelligent person.
Mia is one of Liverpool's growing collection of free non thinkers. That potter around using the cover of artists.
Someone was asked to do Mia a favour and fix her computer, which they did, for nothing and thought nothing of it, then one day some years latter Mia bumped into this person in a pub, and they struck up a friendly conversation. Standing nearby was one of the local art fascist women, who when Mia introduced the fixer to her, snarled "we know all about you", any after exchanging further pleasantries Mia and the fix went their separate ways.
A few days later close to where they had recently met the Fixer and Mia crossed paths on the street, the fixer said hello but Mia looked straight ahead and continued on here way with not so much as a glance and this continued for many ever after. It looks like now not only the art fascists but also Mia knew "all about" the fixer. Well of course she didn't she new sweet FA about the fixer she just knew what her fellow pseudo intellectuals knew. Which basically came to do "me mate said", she should get to know Mike Keating.

Conclusive evidence not grounds for reinvestigation
In February of last year Merseyside Police arrested someone and ceased some of his property for the investigation. When the detained person noticed that the manifest did not agree with the objects seized. Several where missing. So he complained about this. The rather corrupt, and likely criminal Inspector Damien Walsh dismisses the complaint, so it was appealed to the IPCC, who agreed with Inspector Walsh and dismissed the complaint.
In the following few months bits of equipment where returned and eventually only one bit was missing, in fact several bits had been returned that where not on the manifest. In an attempt to get the one bit that was missing back and was told that despite the fact that equipment was returned that wasn't on the manifest this could be the subject of a complaint about the bad manifest because that complaint had already been investigated.

The mooting of the idea that Private companies could take on some of the work of the Police has sent the Police excuse Bloging machine into overdrive.
There are several interesting aspects to this.
1. The police, or at least the bloggers, see everyone who have a problem with them as being hard core left wing, who are fighting a class war.
2. The police don't seem to think that anyone could actually be critical of them and not have imagined anything worse, where as to be honest everyone know the police could be a lot lot worse.
What most of the critics of the police want is a better Police force than we currently have, one that is properly held accountable for it's actions and where the same law applies to us all, no more special treatment, no more turning blind eyes, to the miss behaviour of other officers. Proper supervision by an independent 3rd part rather than cosy in house investigations by PSD.
This reaction shows how self absorbed the police are or how political the entire force is.

All hands to the Trough

It appears that Councillor Bill Overweightnan hasn't had enough at the trough as head of Merseyside Police authority he is intending to stand for election of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Bill has a somewhat dodge record when it comes to his tenure at MPA first there is the dishonesty in statements to the court. Which could either be the result of stupidity or perjury. Then there is the failure to release documents under FOI act, which would have shown those statements to be inaccurate and the ICO judgement in that case.
I can only assume that he fancies the extra cash this position will give him, though it will afford him the opportunity to cover up his previous actions. Who knows some new candidate may be tempted to go looking through some of the dodgy behaviour under his management.
We should also remember his decision to sell the main Bridewell, after it had stood empty and unused for many years while the price of properties in the area boomed and to sell it at the first crash?

Must correct my self earlier it wasn't Inspector Harrison that I saw waiting outside the Mags sometime ago. Just after he had overheard the security guards saying something. It was the St Annes street inspector who was there last October when I went along to get my property back.

A lovely little story in today's Echo regarding the arrest off DS Greg Symon, 39, DC Christopher Sheron and DC Mark Scarratt, 43 together with 5 others for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, regarding a pub brawl some of them where in at a Derby match in January 2012.

A story from Hell
Well, a quick read of the latest story on Solicitors from Hell is quite interesting as it mentions one of this Blogs regular characters Inspector Damien Walsh.
The Para involving Damien is 
"A week later (while passing further evidence into a Local Government Office) I received a further threat by phone from Inspector Walsh of Merseyside Police Professional Standards Department telling me “You heard what the Judge said, so you'll be putting those complaint's to bed now, won't you? As I don't ****  around like the others”".
Damien is quite happy to make threats, now however he is no longer a part of Merseyside Police.

The show might go on.
Well the 10th Jan has come and gone with no news of the future schedule of DCI Mike Lawlor, no news of upcoming dates in either the Mags or Crown court. So despite enquiries of the press and other places nothing has been heard. Does this mean that all future performances have been cancelled or is it just that I was to lazy to leg it down to  the court myself on 10th Jan and it was to boring for anyone else to go either?

Extra Dates
Merseyside top light entertainer and DCI has add a new date to his current tour. Mike Lawlor has been rebooked for the 10th January 2012 at Liverpool Magistrates Court on Dale Street. Though details are unclear this is likely to be a 1 time only performance of his committal to the Crown court. There are no tickets, seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Doors open at 9.30 for a start as early as 9.45. For further details see the Echo.

DCI appears in the cheap seats at Mags.
After several months on bail DCI Mike Lawlor has been charged and allegedly appeared before Liverpool Mags today, charged with 6 counts of "unauthorised accessing of personal data controlled by police". No info on who's data, why or the fate of 3 others on bail accused of aiding and abetting. Yet again no comments allowed on the Echo web site.

All Walshed Up
Interesting conversation today with Persey Mig. Phoned up and asked to speak to Damien Walsh and was told "there is no officer of that name". So the big question is did he jump or was he pushed? He must have been getting near retirement age. I'll ask Persey for an explanation but I doubt I'll get one.

Shit floats

It turns out that Andy Williams dishonesty has been rewarded by a promotion from just vacillating at a low level in LHT he now vacillates at a much higher level. It seems that there is no limit to the levels you can get to in LHT by helping pervert the course of justice.
Seems that here he is concerned about others criminality but not his own.

Other IPCC still lives.
The London based IPCC has set it's Northern Office in Manchester the complex task of investigating a copper trying to set some one up for breaching an order. How very very unusual.
We must hope that the tent that houses the Northern fig leaf doesn't spring a leak and destroy the documents.
