Well a quick read of the latest story on Solicitors from Hell is quite interesting as it mentions one of this Blogs regular characters Inspector Damien Walsh.
The Para involving Damien is
"A week later (while passing further evidence in to a Local Government Office) I received a further threat by phone from Inspector Walsh of Merseyside Police Professional Standards Department telling me “You heard what the Judge said, so you'll be putting those complaint's to bed now, won't you? As I don't **** foot around like the others”".
Damien is quiet happy to make threats, now however his no longer a part of Merseyside Police.

Well the 10th Jan has come and gone with no news of the future schedule of DCI Mike Lawlor, no news of upcoming dates in either the Mags or Crown court. So despite enquiries of the press and other places nothing has been heard. Does this mean that all future performances have been cancelled or is it just that I was to lazy to leg it down to the court myself on 10th Jan and it was to boring for anyone else to go either?

Merseyside top light entertainer and DCI has add a new date to his current tour. Mike Lawlor has been rebooked for the 10th January 2012 at Liverpool Magistrates Court on Dale Street. Though details are unclear this is likely to be a 1 time only performance of his committal to the Crown court. There are no tickets, seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. DCI appears in the cheap seats at Mags.
After several months on bail DCI Mike Lawlor has been charged and allegedly appeared before Liverpool Mags today, charged with 6 counts of "unauthorised accessing of personal data controlled by police". No info on who's data, why or the fate of 3 others on bail accused of aiding and abetting. Yet again no comments allowed on the Echo web site.

The London based IPCC has set it's Northern Office in Manchester the complex task of investigating a copper trying to set some one up for breaching an order. How very very unusual.

A Carneynal Sin.
Rob Carney, MP Louise Ellman's constituency hindrance, made some interesting statements to the Police a while ago. In those statements he admitted that for a period of several years he had summarily deleted emails from a constituent to his boss Louise Ellman. That he had on recognising the constituents voice on the phone hung up.
Rob Carney also claimed that he was upset that the constituent had Googled his name and as a result found out that he had a Facebook account with the security setting set to Public. He was so upset by this that he did the same to the constituent he found some illustrations entered in a competition for a £500 prize, that the constituent had entered. He concluded that the picture of a dictator penguin, a close relative of the King and Emperor penguin, represented a self portrait of the constituent.

These Carney admits, he doesn't admit doing a gumby impression down the phone, but he did that as well.
A similarly bizarre set of allegation where made by Chris Lloyd Ellmans Westminster office help. In these Lloyd, the former Labour Candidate for Brecon and Radnorshire expresses surprise that anyone should have read his election material, put out for the 2010 general election, much less actually used the contact information to contact him.
At least Lloyd has some political ambition be warned, Labour Party voters, these idiots could be looking for you vote at some point.

First former, Paul Stephenson, ACC of Merseyside Police 95-99 the commissioner for the Metropolis resigns followed shortly afterwards by the arrest of the Sean Price, chief constable of Cleveland, Merseyside Police 79 to 95. Like current Merseyside chief constable, Jon Murphy, Price hold a post graduate qualification from that other notorious den of thieves and spies Cambridge University. Damien Walsh has a CSE in woodwork.

During his time at Merseyside Police I wonder if he knew Damien Walsh? The set of crimes that Price has been accused of would fit well with what I think Damien Walsh has been up to for years. Perhaps some should check him out for "misconduct in a public office, fraud by abuse of position and corrupt practice", I believe he is guilty as hell.

Well no sign of Damien's court action yet, so just another sign that he is a cretinous bully, who should never have been allowed to be in charge of anything.
Is it perhaps some form of mental illness or personality disorder. My talks with him would lead me to believe that it is perfectly possible in fact quite likely that Walsh is in some way impaired. I doubt however that Merseyside Police is sufficiently alert to the damage someone like Walsh can do if left untreated.

It's 1981 and Cuntstable Beatty is having a moan.
The 6th form Disco Christmas disco at Ormonde Drive was going well. One of the years uber geeks had spent the afternoon setting up the disco gear and the retired to stand against the wall all evening. As the festivities come to end the lights go up and the uber geek returns to his beloved hardware and sees to all the delicate bits and then thinks, "My work here is done and I'm off" and makes for the exit. On the way out a small little voice comes from way below his left elbow and say's, "If everyone did the work we could all go home", the geek looks down and notices something which isn't a teacher, so he enquires "and just who the fuck are you", of what turns out to be Cunstable Beatty, spouse of the biology teacher.
Early the next week the geek is informed that the teachers will be borrowing the disco gear for their own Christmas bash and the Mrs Beatty's brother in law will be DJing. However after Christmas not all of the equipment has been returned one of the hand crafted light systems is missing, but Beatty swears it was brought back? Then all sort of rumours about the geek start spreading.
Roll forward to 2005 and the geek and Beatty's paths cross again and Beatty's inability with the truth and insecurity rears it's ugly head.

Court staff Caught.
In legal terms privileged communications are those which the Police have no right to intercept such as this between a client and a solicitor. However the police at least in Merseyside have several methods of intercepting. One source of privileged information that the Police use is conversations held between prisoners and solicitors in the cells of Liverpool Magistrates Court that the security guards deliberately attempt to overhear. This information is fed straight to the Merseyside Police intelligence unit. This is in all likelihood supplemented by staff upstairs, who add details of communications between clients and the courts as well as providing information such as the time the individuals are due to appear.
Mind you the staff upstairs are not much better and will quite happily pass out information they get about people in the neighbourhood to their friends and of course they'll be quite happy to pass rumours back to the court, as well as bringing in recordings they have acquired etc.

Sylvia MacMurtry/O'Malley she's not mad she just very very bad.
Possibly one of the most unpleasant woman in all of history.
When told that as the area she lived in was a conservation area and that the council had to approve the installation of things like satellite dishes, she responded. Well I'll just tell them my daughter got it installed. He daughter has learning difficulties.
In another instant she suspected wrongly that one of the residents of the block she lived in had suffered from a serious mental illness. He reaction to this was to tell the person on a regular basis "we know your mad" and make comments like "if your so intelligent why haven't you got a job", of course the particular resident had a job, he just happened to work from home. Though he belief in their mental illness prompted her to make little grunts mutter things under her breath as she passed. Just plain annoying and rude.
Sylvia now passes her time as Blue Badge Guide and lives in St Helen's, so much for her claimed pride in Liverpool. All in all one of the few women to be generally more evil the Margaret Thatcher but without the charm.
One of the people she can really on for support is Damien Walsh, another man with as enlightened a view of mental illness as Sylvia. You'd think his "professional standards" would keep him from acting like the narrow minded bigoted fool, but no such luck.

Jones the Brief
Possibly the worst barrister in the world, IMHO. I have decided to name the worst Barrister in my experience and that is Mr Mike Jones of 7 Harrington Street Chambers in Liverpool. Mike should have opted not to defend me as he clearly stated at one point that he believed one of the allegations that I denied. In the end he suggested I should accept the ASBO as they would get it anyway, but he would water down some of the requests.
In the end he did not manage to gain a single concession, so I withdraw my consent, only to have the DDJ say that he didn't care and had already made his decision.

World Wide Walsh
I had the misfortune to get through to Damien Walsh last week only to be regaled by his normal collection of veiled threats and inaccurate information, I'd called him at the recommendation of Merseyside PSD, to track down some complaints of mine, some over 18months old. I did pass the time and date on to Merseyside police PSD and another inspector so they can have a listen if they want. Just in case anyone at Merseyside Police fancies a listen it was Monday 6/6/2011 at 12:46.
Walsh still doesn't understand that Brabners have admitted I didn't send emails to their staff, they have admitted this in a statement to the court, so perhaps Walsh believes they committed perjury then. One has to wonder why he can't cope with the fact that 1990 was either lied to or made a mistake. If perhaps 1990 Damien's love child or perhaps toy boy? or perhaps Damien's got something against me, but as he won't say what it is and no court has agreed with him perhaps he shouldn't be using public funds to support his bigotry.
He also claims this is a "fake web site", and threatens to sue me, apparently I can expect he lawyers to be calling around any time. Except of course they are going to take one look at realise he doesn't have a leg to stand on. Though I bet Walsh will by trying to spend Police Federation money not his own. It goes against the grain for Walsh not to misuse resources for his own personal ends. His entire career in the police force seems to be as a crutch for his ego.
One can only rejoice at the fact that at 57, this Wirral boy, he can't have much time left to go until retirement.

Theo Droushiotis

Two interesting and contradictory statement have come into my possession, one from the IPCC, which gives the date of a malicious allegation by a member of their staff, Theo Droushiotis, about a complainant and the other from Merseyside Police giving a date some 6 weeks weeks later for the same event? Why the difference? Well Merseyside Police used the second date as a pretext to justify a battering ram raid to harass the complaint to the IPCC, for complaining to the IPCC. Of course when the raid produced nothing, Merseyside PSD did a white wash and lied to Louise Ellman to cover up. The white washing was done by John Smyth of Merseyside PSD.
The Merseyside Police statement was produced by Merseyside PSD.civil.litigation unit to defend an action for damages resulting from the raid.
Guess who I have to complain to? The IPCC and guess who they forwarded the complaint through to to be investigated? Yes Merseyside Police. Can't say unfairer than that can you?

What about the investigation into Mr Theo Droushiotis? The man who heard a complete sentence when their was time for only a few words? What investigation? I wonder who he was doing a favour for?

Subtle has never been Merseyside Polices way but even they should realise that people should show ID before getting themselves let into buildings. So why do they insist on gaining entrance to my building by just saying it's the Police on the intercom to another flat. It appears that Louise Ellman thinks that calling her a Nazi and likening her to the Guards at Nazi Death Campaigns amounts to religious based harassment, though of course that could be Rob Carney putting words in her mouth. Lucy Ridley likes to pass her self of as the salt of the earth girl who is down with the masses, where as in fact Lucy has a private School education and is very very middle class. She is also so completely up her own arse it is unbelievable.
Originally from somewhere in the North East she attended Dame Allan's Girls school before doing the middle class rebel thang, dying her hair and moving to Liverpool.
In Liverpool she eventually manage to get her self knocked up and so in her very middle class way got married May 1991, however this didn't last long and she was soon divorced but never mind with Lucy's unerring ability to judge people come June 1997 and she married again, this time to her exhubbies exbestfriend. A man who happily proclaimed he was a tart.

In 96 in a small gap between Marriages Lucy got her self to Liverpool John Moores university and got herself a diploma in social work. In her mind finally giving the stamp of authenticity to her intellectual and more importantly social abilities. So she went around diagnosing mental illnesses and passing them around as gospel and her professional opinion.
Lucy decide to move the family back to nearer her home and moved to Hexham. This marriage must have last almost 2 years. While it was going on I used to get phone calls from her hubby telling me he was shagging, on and off, her mate Jane.
Next Lucy turns up in rural Derbyshire proclaiming her self part of the "Rural Poor" and claiming she had to leave Liverpool because her daughter was becoming to "streetwise", by that I assumed she meant that her daughter had began to notice that there where two types of cigarette normal one and "sharing cigarettes". Perhaps it was the excessive drinking that had cause so much damage during here pregnancy was beginning to take it's toll. What she forgets to mention is that in the intervening 10 years she'd got her self a Degree in fine Arts from Sheffield Hallam.
When told that her mate Emma Jensen had gone around spreading her diagnosis she suggested that the person telling her needed to see a shrink because "because going around spreading gossip wasn't Emma thing". Though given the lengths of her previous marriages this total misjudgment of Emma, who really does love to gossip, is not surprising. The fact that at nearly 40 Lucy hasn't realised that she is a shit judge of character just goes to show how firmly the arrogance a private education induces is embedded.

One's Dead, one's Mad and the other doesn't remember

The dead one is Rose Bailey she seem to have had a heart attack. The heart attack is quite appropriate as her activities helped at least one woman to her grave via a similar means. A lot of people where surprised it was a heart attack as we didn't know she actually possessed a heart.

The mad one is Geoff Howe, someone so thick that he doesn't realise that from an STD code you can work out the town that someone lives in, especially if that town happens to be one the caller has lived in. I was supposed to have an interesting meeting with John Smyth of Merseyside Police PSD but when I got there all he wanted to do was not answer questions. I wanted to know why a copper had said that I hated everyone who drinks in the pub I drink. I first wanted the results of an earlier complaint which even after 2 years I had not seen the results of. He told me the complaint was resolved 2 years ago but would say no more. Strange that it was my complaint and I do not get to know the result. Smyth got very aggressive so I left. Brian Ashton has a bit of a history amongst the regiments of Red Fascist going back to his days as a shop steward at Ford's Halewood. If it wasn't for Liverpool Hope then Edge Hill would be the worst college in the country.
His work experience is working for Louise Ellman nothing else. You have to wonder what he is doing working for an MP in any position which requires integrity when he hasn't got any you also have to wonder what he knows about Ellman that got him the job it doesn't seem likely to be his ability.

Revenge of the Viccies.
In 2005 I applied to Merseyside Police Authority for the video of Jon Murphy, now Chief Constable of Merseyside, preventing me attending the public AGM of MPA. I intended to use it to prove that a statement from Paul Johnson, the treasurer of the authority was perjurious, as a result I received a letter from Victoria Meredith which claimed that the video did not need to be released under the Data Protection Act. She also claimed that releasing it would not be in the public interest. I managed to get the CCTV of someone else however by then the case had gone through and it was no use. Eventually the Information Commissioner decided that MPA and Meredith was in breach of the DPA by withholding the video. So the question is she just incompetent or did she know that release was required and decided to withhold the video to obstruct the court.

Your letter is one of the most abusive and inaccurate I have ever seen. I do note however that you had no first hand evidence to support the allegations of abusive phone calls and emails. It is simply that you do not care, you aren't fit to to hold a position in a public office. To quote someone "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance".
That you have made judgements based on second hand information shows you are incapable of any form of vigilance and serve as a patsy for Merseyside Police and the deformed mentality which informs it's officers that run the organisation. That you have appointed the abusive and dishonest Murphy as Chief Constable shows you are a servant Merseyside Police officers and not of the people of Merseyside. You have your head buried firmly in the sand.
It is individuals like yourself who's reason for seeking public office is their own aggrandisement not the commonwealth or general good that have brought Liverpool and Merseyside to it's knees.

No Hope
Did you know that Liverpool Hope has an anti-sociology department and a senior lecturer in anti-sociology. Which performs experiments in the real world, on real people without their knowledge. You would think that trying to mount experiments like this would be taking the Michael but it was actually Mickey taking them. Amazing how many people from Hope Turned up to see a flat? Especially the ones with a flower in their hair.
It is worth bearing in mind with Liverpool No Hope that the TES and the Guardian ranked it 113 out of 113 academic institutions in it's class, so it took the grown up approach and stopped supplying data. This may go a long way to explaining how someone like Mike Keating with no understanding of statistical significance or why double blind is important could get a job in the social sciences.

From the message received from Liverpool City Council it seems that you do not have sufficient integrity to even lie to my face but would rather lie through a member of staff. That is extremely cowardly.
It is possible that you genuinely do not remember but the venom in you voice during the hone call was clear, perhaps for you hatred is a common emotion. In reality I believe that you remember you reasons for
saying "we have been told all about you", which suggests you and others have received a briefing about me from someone, that someone has mounted a campaign about against me. It sounds very much like you have
discovered that what you where told is now false but rather than do the decent and responsible things and make disclosure for use in court you have decided to keep quiet. You have decide to protect people from the just consequences of there actions.
Why? as you are a politician I feel that is likely that you are either protecting members of your party or some organisation you are associated with and which you feel you must show loyalty for political reasons. You are demonstrating the kind of self serving attitude that has destroyed Liverpool and other cities in this country over the last 50 years.
You are not a public servant you are someone with their snout in public trough, milking public purse and public respect by lying. I'm sure the people of Liverpool will be reassured to know that you will
sacrifice their futures for you own political beliefs.
It is of course possible that you do not remember in which case it would seem that your age is showing and you should stand down.

Richie the lying Ghost
One I was threatened by a debt collector, I reported to the police, not really expecting anything to be done about it, I just wanted it recording so if the guy did carry through on his threat there would be a record. Then, for once a cooper turned up at my door, one Richie Ghost. I tried to explain why I had reported this bloke and Ghost went away. Some time later a statement from Ghost turned up, the statement said I'd been something like smug and didn't take it seriously, it also said that he had talked to Armstrong the debt collector and Armstrong said he talked to a neighbour who was a "big bloke" and the neighbour had claimed that the people in the house where scarred of me.
Now sometime latter someone had tried to set me up but I had recorded the phone call so their lies where exposed but in the process someone, called Marina, had tried to make it possible for the police to acquire the recordings and lose them, of course when, I not knowing this was the case, turned up at their pub they got scared and called the police, and guess who should turn up by Ghost, who I didn't recognise, and guess who should then misrepresent what he overheard but one Richie Ghost.

Rabid Hardware
One day I was on my way to Broudies I was walking down North John street when a police car passed me and turned right down Victoria street. The cop driving nearly shit himself and as I counted to 5 the CCTV camera turned towards me and followed me down to Broudies.
I left Broudies and on the way home I popped into the gardening department of Rabid. As I walked in the manageress of that department was on the phone her face dropped as I walked in and she was heard to say, "he just walked in".
I bought some bulbs and left walking up towards a local pub, as I walked down Pilgrim street I saw Terry Williams with a look like thunder giving me a rather hard look as he walked in the opposite direction.
Recently it has been confirmed that Terry Williams has access to the CCTV of City Safe, I wonder what the connect between the events is? Perhaps the security company that Williams works for.
The next week when I was due to go to the lawyers Zardia, bar maid and friend of Terry Williams, suddenly decided she had to go and pay her rent at the council and escorted me all the way to the door.
All these set off by Emma Jensen and her tiny brain and all set up by the Green Bentley Driving fuck wit.

A Bolt by a Blue
One day many years ago I was building a machine of ingenious conception and a mind boggling mechanism. In order to do this I had to hacksaw down about 30 bolts of high tensile steel. Needless to say I gave up before I'd cut one and went out and bought the biggest set of bolt cutters I could lay my hands on. Other than the odd ricochet this proved ideal.
Many years latter I was sitting in a pub when some people I know came along and started talking about removing the security screens from their windows in order to let the building maintenance go ahead Ray Jones offered to lend them a drill and then he remembered that I owned a set of bolt cutters. Which they duly asked to borrow. I imagine of Terry Williams contacts at Rapid Hardware told him I bought them, as they kept careful track of what I bought.
Sometime latter the people who had borrowed the bolt cutters asked if I could set up their PC for them, I agreed. Before I came around however gave them a call just to check they still wanted the job doing and they did. So I trotted around with my trusty Dictaphone what a surprise they did not want to touch the machine themselves and asked me to put it a way in a cupboard when I left, but I remembered to leave set up for "Chris Lee and Lisa by ***********" all over the hard disk and the odd dummy account.
Some time latter I observed a heavily laden Brian Mitten walk down the street from the couples with a system unit sized box.

One of the nastier members of Merseyside Police is Constable Edge, he apparently thinks that I'm scum. He may just be repeating the abuse from another officer who he for some reason phoned up while I was in the "Cop Shop" many years ago. The question is who did Edge call? My bet would be on the then Sgt Harrison?

Saxondale the follow up album
One day an innocent decided that he need a new power supply for his PC. So he set of down the hill to Brunswick dock to buy one.
On the way back, at the end of Windsor street was a collection of Merseyside vilest gang aka Merseyside Police, this particular platoon was headed up by pint size trooper Owen. They seemed most interested in the innocent and kept looking at the CCTV camera at the bottom of Parliament Street. Eventually they drove off.
Later in a local watering hole the innocent was enjoying a pint after fitting the PSU. Across from him sat Saxondale. Then in walked the bitch Julie and without noticing him, she said to Saxondale "We got him", Saxondale duly pointed to the innocent and when Julie turned around to see him, her face did drop and she scurried of to see Lenny, the person she is currently parasitizing, a man who is a school caretaker on Windsor street, and we all know that school caretaker are very dodgy in a sexual manner. What are the similarities with the Back Canning Street incident?
When several years latter the innocent made reference to this incident to Carla she nearly shat herself and ran off to tell Julie, who told Lenny and with his evil little mate Phil Doran they started threatening to cut the innocents throat.
Now you will note from the picture of Carla, that she is walking, though of course she is claiming Disability Living allowance, claiming she has rheumatoid arthritis. Mind you she seems to manage to perform with a band and always has enough money for drinks and lots of spliffs. Perhaps she is disabled but perhaps it is more care in the community than anything else.
I should perhaps mention that Emma Jensen knows Ray Jones, and Ray Jones passes on crap, and that Emma Jensen talks rubbish as does he friend who works at Giro.
That much stupidity, madness viciousness in one place is a dangerous brew, should really get an ASBO against the lot preventing them from associating together, that should include Gerry Dolan.

One day I walked into a local Pub and there was Gerry Dolan at the bar, so we started to chat, if I remember rightly he was doing his no ones has every explained that to me and his over sincere act and getting me to regurgitate o'level physics about electricity. About half way through my explanation someone came and stood behind me and lent over the bar but no Gerry didn't notice them, at the end of my little speech. I stood up and Gerry caught a view of the man, and his face went like Carla's and he nearly shat himself. I made my excuses and left, somewhat bemused. Sometime latter I discovered that the man was a cop and not just a plod, so why did Jerry shit himself? What had he done or who had he tried to set up?

I would be remiss if I did not mentioning Katherine F Johnson-Marshall who lived with Howard Neill Fozard at 4 Gambier Terrace together with what I assume where their daughters, who where just as unpleasant and possible even posher and dumber than their parents.
Kathy was quite happy to ask for introductions and recommendations get contact phone numbers of people and then call those numbers and slag of the person that she had got the numbers of. If you don't believe me just ask Gus Kirby.
I actually think that the tumour that killed her was more pleasant than her. I can't work out whether Foz married her or the tumour in 2003.
